就近日有網上群組/帳戶針對本公司的指稱，有關內容為未經證實的謠言，是沒有事實基礎的失實抹黑及惡意攻擊。本公司特此聲明, 就所有失實及誹謗性言論及報導，本公司已交由律師處理，本公司保留一切法律追究權利。

而李婉華小姐及其頻道與本公司的合作只限於YouTube 平台節目上有限度合作, 李小姐與本公司並沒有任何涉及金錢上的商業利益關係, 李小姐亦不是本公司之股東或營運者, 就此事件對李小姐做成影響，本公司謹對李小姐深表抱歉。

With regard to the recent rumors and allegations made against our company published on the internet, we reiterate that those rumors were false and untrue, and were not supported by any factual basis.  We reserve our rights to take legal action against any persons for those wrongful and defamatory allegations.

As to our collaboration with Ms. Anita Lee and her channel, we reiterate that our collaboration were limited to the videos on YouTube channel which did not involve any monetary or commercial interest. Ms. Lee was not and is not a shareholder of our company, and did not and does not hold any position in our company. We sincerely apologize to any convenience caused to Ms. Lee arising out of this incident.
